How I coach
We practice until it feels natural
I use your own material: the job description, your project, your slides, the meeting you’re worried about. You try it, I give you specific feedback, and then you try it again. That second attempt is where most of the progress happens.
One technique
I explain one way of structuring what you say, or one piece of language.
Examples
You hear a strong version and a weak one, and why the difference matters.
Role-play
We act out your interview, meeting or conversation as realistically as we can.
Feedback
I tell you exactly what worked and what to change.
Second attempt
You do it again with the changes. This is where it starts to stick.

About me
Hi, I’m Mark Parfenov
Before coaching, I spent more than ten years in sales operations, program management and consulting, at companies like Google, KPMG and Caterpillar. I’ve been in the interviews, sales calls and executive meetings my clients now prepare for, so I know what the people on the other side of the table listen for.

Before you book
Is the first call really free?
Yes, and there’s no obligation. We talk about your goal, see whether we’re a good fit, and agree on a plan if you want to go ahead.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are one-to-one, about an hour, on Google Meet. My booking calendar shows the available times in your own time zone.
What English level do I need?
For communication coaching, intermediate (B1) or above. For interview and leadership coaching, you’ll get the most out of it with confident professional English (B2 or above).
I’m not sure which service I need.
That’s what the first call is for. Many of my clients start with one urgent goal, like an interview or a presentation, and move on to communication or leadership work later.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Yes. I can give you receipts and invoices for reimbursement. Companies can also book one of my corporate programs.
